A 2-day in-person training programme for working level officers to gather awareness, appreciation and practice in internal and external engagement to support their day-to-day needs and operations.
After attending this programme, participants will be able to:
- Experience a mindset set from "why engage" to "how to best engage"
- Apply stakeholder engagement mapping when engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Confidently design and facilitate engagement to inform, consult or build consensus with stakeholders
