This module is for:

You’re a mid career professional who has spent years giving to your team, your family, and your community, often with little time left to ask what you actually want, in a world that keeps shifting under you. You feel tired, constantly running but getting nowhere, and somewhere in the last year or two, a quiet question has been surfacing: is this it? What is the life I want to live? You sense there’s more to life than business as usual, and you’re ready to bring more intention and purpose into it.

You will achieve the following outcomes:

  • Gain clarity on what truly matters to you, beyond the roles and milestones that have carried you so far.
  • Hear fresh perspectives from others walking a similar path, so you don’t have to work through this alone.
  • Build the courage to make concrete shifts towards a more purposeful life, one small step at a time.
  • Leave with a personal action plan and a complimentary 1:1 coaching session to help you carry your insights forward once you’re back in the routine of everyday life.

What Makes This Module Unique

Most reflection tools stop at the level of thinking. This workshop asks you to listen more widely, tapping into what your body already senses about where you feel most alive and where you’ve been running on autopilot, so the insights that surface are ones you can actually feel, not just describe.

The day is built around three deliberate movements rather than a single long discussion. You will first notice where in your life you’ve been on autopilot, then sense what your inner compass has been trying to tell you, and finally turn that insight into small, intentional shifts you’re genuinely ready to take, rather than a big leap you’re not.

Insight fades quickly once you’re back in your normal routine. That’s why every participant leaves with a complimentary one hour 1:1 coaching session, designed specifically to help the shifts you name on the day actually stick.

What you will learn

Learning Journey Overview

Across a single, uninterrupted day, you will move through three stages designed to take you from noticing to sensing to acting.

  • Observe: Notice where in your life you’ve been on autopilot, and when you feel most alive and energised.
  • Sense: Tap into whole body intelligence, not just cognitive reflection, so you can listen deeply to what your inner compass is trying to tell you.
  • Move: Turn insight into intentional action, leaving with small shifts you can take rather than a big leap you’re not ready for.

Key Topics & Skills

Participants in this workshop will develop practical capabilities in the following areas:

  • Self awareness: recognising the patterns and routines that have quietly taken over your time and energy.
  • Whole body listening: sensing what’s stirring in you beyond pure cognitive reflection.
  • Values clarification: identifying what genuinely matters to you now, rather than what mattered a decade ago.
  • Honest peer reflection: hearing how others on a similar journey see you and your possibilities.
  • Intentional action planning: translating insight into small, doable shifts you can sustain.

Learning Format

The day unfolds as an experiential process, not a lecture. You’ll move between individual reflection, guided exercises, and honest conversation with fellow participants who are navigating a similar season of life. The methodology is grounded in tested approaches to navigating and leading transformative change, adapted here for personal rather than organisational transformation. Only 16 seats are available, keeping the group small enough for genuine reflection and connection.
