Registration and Payment
A place in the course will be reserved for you upon receiving your registration form and payment. A course confirmation email will be sent to you one week prior to the course date. If you require special arrangements or assistance with regards to the payment terms, please contact us at enquiries@sequoia.com.sg.
Invoicing
If you have indicated "Company Sponsored" under Registration Type or requested for an invoice to participate in a programme, the invoice will be sent to the email listed as Billing Email Address.
Withdrawal, Cancellation, and No-Shows
For withdrawal, cancellation, and no-show, participant will be subjected to the following charges:
- Before Course Confirmation: 50% of total course fee
- After Course Confirmation: 100% of total course fee
Replacement from the same organisation is encouraged and Sequoia Group should be notified of any replacement at least 3 working days prior to the programme date.
We reserve the right to change or cancel our programme run due to unforeseen circumstances or when the required minimum number of participants is not met. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be made.
Consent
By submitting the registration form, participant consent to having their photographs and/or videos taken during the programme for marketing purposes.
