Shubaashini is a Principal Consultant at Sequoia Group. She is passionate about connecting people and empowering them with the agency to contribute, collaborate and create happier environments whether at workplaces or in societies. A natural facilitator who thrives in designing transformational conversations and translating them into actionable efforts whether within small departments or in societies. 

Prior to Sequoia, she was at the forefront of exploring deliberative and participatory engagement methods in the Singapore public service in her early years of her career. She was also a principal consultant at ThinkPlace where she honed her skills in service design, design thinking and system design. 

Shubaa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree (2nd upper honours) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and a professional certificate in Service Design.
