Patrick has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, contributing to NTUC’s UPOD program and facilitating leadership initiatives for Singapore Polytechnic, MOE-HED, and other institutions. His work emphasizes engaging leadership, system thinking, change management, and emotional intelligence to prepare leaders for evolving challenges.

From 2016 to 2023, Patrick facilitated leadership programs for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Institute of Management, and the Public Utilities Board. He also co-facilitated change management programs for the Housing & Development Board.

A certified executive coach (ICF and WIAL), Patrick has coached professionals from Enterprise Singapore, SingHealth, CAAS, and other prominent organizations.

Patrick holds a Business Administration degree from NUS. Before Sequoia, he held senior roles at StarHub, co-founded a HR magazine, and worked in media research and customer service at MediaCorp.
