Tat Chuan has over 15 years of corporate experience, spanning electronics-manufacturing, industrial-automation, management-consulting (change-management, design-thinking), human-resource-management, and corporate-banking.
Senior leaders he has coached include: CEO public-health institution; Director-General government agency overseeing sustainability; CEO pharmaceutical company; Principal K-12 grammar school.
From 2001 to 2017, Tat Chuan served pro-bono in the community as a founding Director ofThe Center for Fathering.
