Mohan is the founder of ThinkQuick, and an Adjunct Facilitator and Consultant of Sequoia Group.  He has cultivated a diverse consulting portfolio, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation across renowned organisations.

His noteworthy projects include coaching innovation initiatives at Novartis and SEA Pte Ltd Finance Leaders; implementing Design Thinking strategies for UOB and the Singapore Tourism Board, contributing to SGUS’s Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics through a combination of Design Thinking and Lean Stack methodologies; serving as principal trainer in Agile Innovation for IRAS.

He also serves as a faculty member of two esteemed programs: the Enterprise Leadership Transformation (ELT) program by ESG, where he imparts Agile thinking for Digital Transformation, and the HP Queen Bee Program, which facilitates the utilisation of Design Thinking to identify sustainable solutions for HP staff and their valued suppliers.
