Mavis is a certified executive coach and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in international operations management, strategic decision-making, and organizational change. She has coached and mentored executives on leading through change and adversity, empowering them to bring out the best in themselves and their teams. Mavis has taught at the National University of Singapore’s Business School, serves as a coach for executive leadership programs at several universities, and has co-authored leadership training materials and benchmarking tools to promote best practices in organizational leadership.  In addition, she coaches neurodiverse professionals, helping them unlock their full leadership potential.
