"Jacqueline worked with myself and the senior management of Tan Tock Seng Hospital over the past one plus years on our Engaging Leadership Program. This program was initially aimed at thirty plus key leaders. It covers what leadership is, how it works, its impact on our people. More importantly it tells us what leadership is not. Working with senior doctors and clinicians is not easy, though driven by idealism and the desire to serve, many have become cynical from exhaustion, burnout and the sheer scale of work.
