Coaching

Coaching is an effective way to sustain new behaviour and practices after our OD interventions. We also offer this as a standalone service. Our coaches relate to the leaders they coach as resourceful and able, and their role is to create a safe space for a dialogue session that will draw the best out of the leaders through shifts in perspectives which will then enable the leaders to have authentic choices of pathways they can take. Coaches’ responsibility is to empower the leaders to take ownership and make powerful choices.
